Each week HarmonyAlignYoga will help guide you through vinyasa flow yoga to better understand your own body, practice breath techniques (pranayama) and meditation, all to invite clarity of the mind, leaving your body feeling calm and revitalised.
Vinyasa flow yoga – We begin by focusing on our breath, Pranayama, to quiet the mind. We will move the body through different postures and transitions with the rhythm of breath. Classes are inspired by creative movement of the body, building a combination of strength, stability and flexibility. We end the class with slower movement, calming the body with seated postures and ending in savasana, relaxation.
